Marty Janetty had the ability but lacked the mic skills/charisma in comparison to HBK. I thought he actually looked pretty good in his Raw appearance. i would've liked to see him come after Shawn.

This is a great CAW. I'd love to find a Marty Jannetty CAW like this for the SvR ps2 games. Like SvR 06 or SvR 07.

Jannetty had great mic skills and charisma in the AWA. In the WWF, HBK was getting pushed so hard it was tough for Jannetty to equal what HBK brought to the WWF. But Jannetty was great in his own right. His fueding with HBK after the Rockers breakup is still one of the best fueds in WWF history. (esp when Marty won the IC champ with Perfect in his corner)

Jannetty did look pretty good when he came back against the Miz. He looked great when he fought Kurt Angle in 2005 and when he tagged with HBK in the Rockers Reunion against La Resistance.

I am of the mind that HBK's last match should be with Jannetty. Either against Jannetty or tagging with Jannetty. But it looks like HBK's career may end this year at WM against Taker. Jannetty is my favorite wrestler of all time. His AWA days with Shawn Michaels are some of the best stuff out there. Both HBK and Marty are legends. HBK just has gotten pushed so much in the WWF. HBK's charisma is phenomenal. But Janetty's charisma is great as well. Comparing anyone to HBK will make you look bad. But Michaels learned a lot from Jannetty. Jannetty learned a lot from Michaels too. I doubt HBK would be where he is now if it wasn't for his days with Jannetty. They made each other better.
