i like how you blended kane in V6 since it looks like good smudging, i couldn't understand GIMP when i first got it so i jus gave up on it and went to PS, but i'm glad to see you working with what you got........

Thank you.

I would have thought that GIMP would be easier to use, since it has less tools actually.

I hear GIMP has a lot less tools really. I can't make teh comparison really. But altogether, they aren't too different.

For a beginner its not, I worked with paint.NET before gimp and when I switched to gimp its was alot difficult understanding just the basics, with paint.NET I understood it from day one because it was that easy to use but it was rubbish so I switch a it took me almost a week just to understand the basics and I'm still learning now, lol, but yeah after a while you'll get used to it and start producing great gfx if thats what you wanna do so just keep at it and you'll improve, Blizzard is a great example actually, how much he has improved is awesome.

I know you spent loads of time on the BG but I say scrap this, Kane is doing nothing for it no matter how much you try because the BG has an electric feel not a firey one and plus starting a new gfx will actually benifit you more than just editing one.

Yeah, I have a habit of miliking my graphics dry before starting a new version. I just liked the BG a lot, so I'm trying to find something that would fit it to make work.
