I just got this game for PS2 a couple of days ago. Dude it's pathetic! Pathetic aint even a strong enough word. Nothing is. This needs its own word - its own catagory of crapness. Dudes when we call something crap we should call it TNA instead, so its shitness becomes known.

"That was crap" becomes "That was TNA" (could catch on but then again probably not).

IMO this game had alot of potential. Somethings worked but alot of things didnt. I for one actually found it enjoyable to play, it felt more like a fighting game then SvR. Plus i think the 3 Way Ultimate X Rules!!! But it had no lifespan to it.

Just because it doesn't have John Cena in it doesn't make it a bad game.

The fact that it's a bad game makes it a bad game. ;)

Besides, who said anything about John Cena or even WWE in the first place to warrant that kind of oddball response?

I'm still lol'ing at the fact that people actually thought it would be a good game just based on the first screenshots of the game. I find this so hilarious that ever since the screenshots came out, everyone praises this game, then the game comes out and people have never stopped complaining about it. It's so ironic, its side-splitting hilarious.

I also find that funny but sad at the same time. In this generation of gaming, people want to see better realistic graphics instead of better game play and story telling. People will automatically say it's going to be a wonderful game just because they saw a pic of the game with wonderful graphics. Like Killzone 2, it looked good on the pic but once you've played it, it looked nothing special. The whole game is nothing special.

Wow the thought of someone even thinking that Cena is good makes me feel sick. It's a modern Wrestling game so you should think it will automatically be bad.

honestly i decided to go pick this game up today, only 17 bucks I figured why pay 9 for a rental if 8 more gives me the game for whenever I want to play it. It's not amazingly great but it's not terrible. In fact all this game need in championships, a more generic style career mode where you are climbing the charts for the gold, the rest of the moves that didnt make the game and more since they have time now, a better create a wrestler, championships in exhibtion... hmm that's alot so far hahahahahahaha

no but really I think the roster count is fine i'd like to see maybe 40 in the next game, but TNA isn't a place you expect to have a huge roster. Now the CAW count should be higher like 60 because TNA is about random talent. Tag teams should enter together in the next game and the entrances should at least get them into the ring, but still stay short. I find no reason to turn off entrances in Impact, i don't even know if there is an option i didn't see one. But it didn't bother me because they were short anyways, I think an extra 3-5 seconds to get them into the ring is still short. anyways this game did one thing right and thats the idea they have for gameplay. Yea so I did a grapply running clothesline like 40 times in one match, thats a major flaw and thats why we need at least 500-1000 moves in the next game. But the fact that sting was about to suplex me and chistian decided to dropkick my stomach and I went flying out of stings hand, now that's some collision detection I want. If move interference hasn't happend to you I've seen about 10 variations so far of move interfence and every single one was bad ass. It was like the game innovated 10 new double team moves right into the game. It always seems like an accident buy fresh as hell.

So yea add moves, another 20 superstars that's including knockouts (I say no more than 6 to start). Add a damn battle royal, more moves and smarter AI, my next topic will be everything if ever possible to enter the game. LOL just so you know Midway has a much bigger chance of listening to your opinion, as I don't expect the game till next spring I suggest sending them a letter, not of hate but just send what you would like to see in the game. I can assure you they will more than likely pick at least 3 super common mentions like more moves, better career, and better CAW. But if you dont all they read is TNA game suck, I'm not wasting my money on TNA 2, and screw Midway TNA sucked, they'll think why waste the time on this game lets make it generic, but if you send a letter, if at least 100 people were to send them a letter they'd pick some fan respected wishes...anyways look for next post by me it'll be what i hope for in Impact
