Ok, so me and my friend went driving around at like midnight until around 2:30 am, we had such a good time. At first, we didn't really do much, we just drove around yelling at people on their way home from parties, nothin much... Then we went back to my house and realize we had some glow sticks, so we threw them at people, and yelled shit at them as well.
Then around 1:30 we were going by a bar, and we seen people leaving, it must have just closed, and about a block or so up, a guy was getting ready to get into his car w/ his girlfriend, and she was standing on the sidewalk with her shirt & bra up... HELL YEAH! lol...
Then later, we found a Dominoes delivery guy, and we chased him down. He pulled over, and we pulled over with him, and he whipped a u-turn. We followed him some more, and eventually he lead us into a dead end, and whipped a u-turn and got away. :(
We almost hit two people because we were being stupid, and we blew a stop sign right in front of a cop... OOPS... but he did not pull us over.

no man suprisingly everyone we were yelling at was really cool, we yelled this randomly at this group of people

they weren't mexico but they were all just like WOOO YEAH!!!
i suggest people do this, but don't do nothin to people who are near an open car..
we yelled at all the chicks we seen
