No Hot-Linking
Hot Linking: Posting an image/video or anything like this with a direct link to the original site is considered hotlinking.
Penalty: You cant be banned for this, but just don't do it; its stealing. If it happens, the thread/post will be deleted.
This doesn't apply if it's my webspace, right? I mean, I would think I get to link to my own FTP space. :P

If it's on your own webspace it's ok.
