This is definately not true, Especially so quick before release and when the final build was complete. IGN still lists November 14 for United States too...

The date in North America has been Nov 14th for a very long time. Idunno why you thought it was nov 2nd unless you live in another country or you listen to EB rather than research yourself.

For what region was the game declared to be out on the third?

This may help some of the confusion. I'll say it again: November 3 was never an announced date.

BUT! I also live in Canada, and Canada/US gets games at the same time.

So in Canada/US, the third was never announced. It has ALWAYS been the 14th.

Now, where was it announced that the game would be released to on the third? Are we talking Australia or something?

Because then yes, in that case, that probably means it was delayed.

Has there ever been a wrestling game that has come out there before here? From my understanding, a game is made for north america and then has to go through another type of thing to be released there. I believe your standard is PAL just like UK but I could be wrong. Also, isn't Australia the last to get videogames whent it comes to the big launch areas?
