I decided to try something to find something new on my own in SvR08 on the PSP. After some searching and some experimenting, I found some moves that aren't even included on the official SvR movelist, and experimented on others that are there, but not on the in-game movelist.

I'll post them here and if I find anything welse, along with example .gifs that show you the moves....if I can find them.

Also if there's anyone out there who can provide online movies or gifs of them, it'd help a lot.

So....on to the Front Grapples!

Awesome Bomb - "Powerbomb?" - 13E7
Posted Image

Wierd Shifting Back Rolling! - "Back Rolling 6" - 1DA7

Now, onto the Ground Uppers:

Randy Orton's Clubs To Chest - "Club to Chest" - 1795
Posted Image

Figure Four Neck Lock - "Figure Four Neck Lock 2" - 1792
Posted Image

Giant Cobra Clutch - "Cobra Clutch 4" - 1793

Knee Armbar - "Armbar 7" - 1794
Posted Image

2nd Texas Cloverleaf - "Cloverleaf 2" - 17E0
Posted Image

And finally...a hidden Groggy on Rope move:

Rope Snapmare and Splash - "Snapmare and Splash Pin" - 16FE
Posted Image
- This move looks like it pins, but it doesn't - the player goes THROUGH the opponent and onto the floor! The player then reappears, but no pin is done.

Now, about the available hidden moves:

These are moves atill on the list, but not in the in-game movelist. I've gone over a few that I've been curious about, and this is what I've found:

Chokeslam 1 - Freezes

BearHug 1 - Works

Powerbomb 6 - Freezes

Moonsalut attack 1 and 2# - freeze YOUR model, but not the opponents'

Leg Lock 1 - 4 - All work, do damage, but fairly little.

Turnbuckle Kick Combo - Works, even as a running strike! You don't get the flip-to-kick, however - at least I haven't.

High Angle Boston Crab 1-2 - Work, and you can give them to someone as a special, but the name won't show up - it'll be glitched. Just remember - 1 is the standing one, 2 is the ground lower one.

High Angle Boston Crab 3 - Works, and even has its' name and description intact! :D this is the back grapple version, though.

Headlock - looks like a UCM, though doesn't give you the option like one. It lets go after a while and does minimal head and body damage.

Forehead and Forearm bites - work....when put in their proper grapple situations.

Wrestling Move - Works as a transition grapple - no damage.

Neck Twist - works

Neck Wrench - works

That's what I got so far. Feel free to add to this if you want. I'll update as I experiment and get results.

NOTE: the vids aren't mine - I just got them from the 'net and made 'em .gifs. One of them was from a vid from EvoRX.

1 - They should work on both PAL and NTSC.

2 - Mike Awesome's special. A modified shoulder powerbomb/crucifix powerbomb. Powerbomb 6 in SvR06, but this one is animated Waaaaay differently, on par with 08's animations.

EDIT: I'll upload the example .gifs I have of the "hidden" moves.

What "jarni" did was a ***** move, taking my work as his own, but whatever - my topic stands, and I'll update this as best I can.....ask away and I'll gladly answer your questions.

I'm gonna keep trying: remember - I'm looking for vids with the moves in them, and as I find them, I'll upload. Same with the moves.

BTW, if you uys find any, lemme know, so I can take it apart as a gif. If you find it, lemme know the author's name so I can give them credit.

Speaking of which, in SvR '07, the folks that found the moves are "lordshakra"(Cloverleaf), and "Justin Sane" (Ultimo Shift).

Also, Code X's own EvoRx's hidden moves vid helped show the Awesome Bomb.

Because they're the EXACT same moves as the SvR08 versions. Nothing changes.....AND those AREN'T my vids. I just made the gifs as "examples" since I don't have a capture card or the means to buy one, so I'm basically making them out of scratch.

BTW, I'm still looking, so if you spot one, let me know.

ummm.....huh?

If you mean if I have a gifmaker, then, yeah, I do.

I'll update this topic as best I can when I find more moves and more gifs, and of course, more freezes.

and again, if you're also testing out the hidden moves, and found some I haven't, post 'em here as well, because I don't think I have the time to go down the list to check which moves freeze and which don't....but I'll try my best.

don't know or don't care? no matter.

Unfortunately, I can't update this topic anymore - I got no more time because I got A LOT of work to do and not a lot of help to do it.

Tyler wants to do this so bad, he can do it...in his own topic.

However, there are a few discoveries I've made that I'll post HERE before I'm gone......that I WON'T share with other "jackers". Plus, I've grown tired of ppl using the move names I've created as "fact" names, when these moves don't even have names to begin with, and saying they found it.

Not only on this board, but I've found several others at other proboards doing the same thing, even using my gifs as theirs. sad. really, really sad.

Why are most of them 2007? Do these work for 2008?

EDIT: Nvm I just realized this is PSP Support.

These values can be used along with the PS2 and PSP Move Set Modifiers.

Also i will see if i can locate a text mod to put in the missing name of that move thats missing it. If anyone can tell me if there is anything in the name slot for that move it would be helpfull.
