Well I intended to buy an Xbox 360 for when Halo 3 nears it's release... today I went out with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday. She got me 4 presents and one of them was the Xbox 360. OMFG, I can't believe she did that. :o Wowzers. Looks like I'm part of the 360 crowd now. Too bad there are no games that look appealing to me right now. I'll settle for playing my older games on it. I have yet to break in my Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. :D

Congrats on getting a 360. I got one about 2 weeks ago and so far I just own Call of Duty 2 and Perfect Dark Zero. I might go and buy Oblivion this weekend as it has got very high reviews and there is a lot do in it. That is one i might recommend buying.

I'm still playing Halo on it.

I have a few games that I have not played to completion on Xbox. I'll play those on my 360 until SvR07 comes out or until a high calibur Xbox360 game is out.

Meanwhile I'll continue Halo (2) and I need to pass Punisher, GTA SA, & SC Chaos Theory.

I've had one for a while, now. I still prefer the PS2 and Gamecube, though...

Mr. Sergio not all Xbox games will work for the 360, and you need to do like a download I heard. Also the 360 can freeze the games really quick, and it heats up pretty quick, so you should buy the USB fan or a machine similar like an air conditioner, and place it at the side of the Xbox 360 console, where the air comes out. To see the list of games that will work, you will have to go to Xbox.com Halo games will work 100% on 360 of course.

Yep I found out on day 2 of owning / playing the system.

I have already ordered the disc so I can play all my games. As for the Xbox freezing and overheating... I don't ave that problem at all. I've played for long hours on Halo and my 360 was not hot or anything. It helps to keep the system in an area where the fans are not covered or close to wall like objects. At first I placed it in a VERY compact location and it did get hot fast. Than I moved the system and it was no longer getting hot. I have no complaints with my 360.

I see that your one of the few lucky ones then. Just don't play it to long because it will freeze, I guarantee you that.

I've played it for about 4 hours straight once and left it on overnight by accident and all was fine. B)

I just updated my 360 as well so I can now play GTA SA on it for the first time. I''ve had that game sitting in my case for ages now. :)
