Bad Boy Records artist Black Rob is in police custody after being picked up by federal marshals on a fugitive warrant at an undisclosed location in New Jersey.
Black Rob pleaded guilty on November 15 to criminal possession of stolen property related to a 2004 burglary and was sentenced to two to six years in prison. He was set free on bail but was nowhere to be found when he was supposed to turn himself in on January 24. He could now get more time added to his sentence for jumping bail.

Black Rob was previously arrested in 2000 for gun and drug possession and served a six-month prison sentence for failure to pay child support in 2004. He's recently been battling a kidney illness.
