This would be better sutied in SVR 08 General Discussion.

I'm not sure, because I don't remember any of the soundtracks at all. But none of them beat the Madden tracks.

SvR has the worst soundtracks EVER!!! Madden 09 has the best.

madden has actually artist who are well known versus SVR's with their generic/unknown artist with the one recognizable artist, that's what make SVR soundtrack so awful........

Honestly, I've never been a huge fan of their music selection, but I do have them to thank for introducing me to Breaking Benjamin. I think it was in the first Smackdown! vs Raw. Listening to Firefly over and over again did kind of get annoying, but I liked the sound before it was drilled into my head and lead me to checking them out. What bothers me though is that they had way better songs to choose from and Yuke's picked the one that starts to annoy you after being forced to hear it about a 100 times in a row while trying to make a CAW, heh.

TBH I didn't even listen to the soundtrack in 2008, because I had the 360 version. I would just plug in my Ipod. But if I remember correctly SvR was decent. The others were all crap. EA usually always has good soundtracks. They have the $$$ to get the big artist.

@ TheRob, It was NASCAR 07 that got me into Breaking B :P

I voted 07. That got me into Three Days Grace (Riot and Animal I've Become )

I chose none, since you want to kill yourself after hearing the same 10 songs over and over again whil you play the SvR series for hundreds of hours over the course of the year. IMO Yukes/WWE have the worst taste in music (especially the hip hop/rap tracks), why not spend the money and get all the PPV themes of 2008, or spend the money to get some Metallica, Slipknot, Pantera, etc. Doesn't really make a difference now because in 09 you get all the wrestlers themes which is a thing everyone wanted to begin with, and with next-gen consoles you can get custom music for your CAWs, so if you want Enter Sandman for your Sandman CAW you can get it.

^ Agreed, 08 had absoultly no music that I would even listen to never mind associate with a CAW.
The problem is Wrestling has such a wide audience they cant really have heavy metal, kill your ears rock etc. because of all the young studs who buy it

Slipknot? Pantera? Are you serious? Talk about targetting a niche market. If they put songs like that on their I probably wouldn't buy the game. Not that I am anyway, but.. thats beside the point. :P

All of them IMO. All songs are great. That's why I got them on MP3.

Dude that's so true lol. One reason why I never play SvR07 even though i have a lot of cool hacks and stuff on there.
