So, I wanna know. What new superstars do you think should be on the Raw, ECW, SmackDown and Legends roster for SVR 2009?

The only Legends (if there has to be any at all) should be Stone Cold and Bret Hart. ECW should definitely have more of a presence next year, with more wrestlers (BDV, Boogeyman, The Miz, maybe even Knox (just for a new bicycle kick that would connect)). For SmackDown, I'd like to see Shannon Moore, Jamie Noble, Chuck Palumbo, and Gregory Helms (despite his inactivity due to his broken neck nerve damage), just to name a few. If the game stays off the PS2 next year, we should be able to have a roster with every single WWE Superstar on it. I also think that by that time more people should have PS3's and 360's. (PS3 just had a MAJOR price drop)

I think ECW Legends should have more of a presence, becuase on SVR2008 they only had like what....3?

^ Yeah RVD, the Sandman, Sabu, Terry Funk, and Lance Storm definitely need to be included as ECW Legends. Like I said, if the game stays off the PS2, they'd even be able to throw in Justin Credible (Impact Players reunion, anybody?).

having Justin Credible back would be good, he was a hell of a wrestler with X-pack. but for legend maby RVD, sandman and sabu for ECW but they should leave the rock out of the games now hes been in like everyone ?

they should re add eddie on ps2.. as a legend..

so you would rather have people who are compleatly finished with the buissness rather than people who deserve to be legends like eddie, hitman and RVD

I have always wanted Razor in the game. Owen Hart, is one that i would love to see. Both him and Bret in the same game would be awesome. 90's HBK is one i would like as well. Rick Rude again. He is an amazing entertainer. Im also tired of seeing the Rock. He's a sellout.

^Because Dwayne is 100% done with wrestling all together. We don't need somebody who isn't a wrestler, in a wrestling video game.. Keep his moves in, take the man out,and replace him with a current star next year, that's what CAW mode is for.

The problem with the Rock is that he doesn't want to be involved in wrestling in anyway, fans would love if he could come back once or twice a year to appear on RAW/SD! but he turns down the WWE, so like Hogan, he might be taken out of future SvR games.

yer jus cuz rocks dun wit wrestling doesnt mean dat he shouldnt be in da game.if rock isnt in da game for that reason then bret hart shouldnt be in it either cuz the wwe writers keep writing story lines that hav hitman cum bak in sum sorta way but he keeps knockin it bak

Break the Walls Down, Bret Hart would still be wrestling at least part-time had he not suffered a career ending stroke. The Rock quit because he lost his love and respect for wrestling. The reason Bret is hesitant to enter storylines is because he's a bit afraid of doing business with the man that screwed him in Montreal 10 years ago. And most of the storylines WWE has for him involve him getting physical in some way, and he doesn't want to risk another concussion, as it could be fatal.

SVR 09 should be 100% current gen imo it just isnt fair to those who spend 400+dollars on a system

Pulumbo would be a cool addition

and Kendrick and London would be nice but that was suppose to happen for 2 years now.

well PS2 i doubt theres gonna be any new games out for ps2 by November 2008 if it is it would be the only one out for it,plus would be rediculous.

^ I agree. With the price drop on the next gen systems, most people should have one by that time ,and also by that time, the PS2 will be a dead console. They could spend the time they would spend making the PS2 version on things like downloadable content, a much larger roster, more matches, a much better CAW mode, among other things. And the PS3 version should have custom themes next year. The only reason it didn't this year is because the firmware update that allows playlists to be created came too late.

I agree 09 needs to stay off of PS2 id love to see it on PS2 cuz im not getting a next gen for a while but its still not fair for people who have them to be stuck with a PS2 sized roster

Also the Rock shouldnt be in like....someone said leave his moves people that want him can make him in CAW mode
