Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to 24/7 Mode v2.0. Apparently, THQ have been reading the message boards so closely, they noticed that we hate grinding through crap to build our CAWs. So now they're giving us more crap to grind through to build up our CAWs. Gee, thanks, guys.

I'm seriously considering buying the PS2 version over the 360 this year.

at least gm mode was easy for training each caw . but now that is gone . this sucks

I guess I'm using the 100 overall code this time.

this mode sucks because it is old school . no story just matches

bacially wrestlemaina 2000 career mode.

That does seem quite boring. I like the goals to be able to choose, but it seems pretty boring.

main problem for me

I don't use 1 caw like some people. I only use my 30 caws. I would like to have them with correct stats too. but this crap looks like it takes days (2 years probably). at least in gm mode I could train all 30 caws in about 5 hours .

I'm not sure about this. Career Mode just looks like GM mode on the side of the wrestler.

Hmmm...At the end you’ll see Hidden Awards which says...Out Of Stock: Came up short looking for ??? under the ring.

That could just possibly mean that the ??? Is Hornswoggle...Who else goes under the ring? I know for sure the Bella Twins are not in the game. Also, came up "short" sounds like a interesting way to say its Hornswoggle aswell.

Damn it! If I have to do that to get my CAWs stats up, then I'm not getting this game. I hated that even more than the shitty gameplay of '08.

Hm, I never played 24/7 mode on 08 (never played 08..) but after hearing how horrible it was and seeing how similar this looks, I'm now rather worried that this will destroy the game for me, since making CAWs is my favourite part of any SmackDown! game.

GM mode sucked IMO. I much prefer something like this, but it doesn't look like they've really made it that interesting. Maybe it's one of those things where you have to play it to feel the fun of it. If I have to build me caws up using this mode all the time though, I'm going to be extremely pissed off!

that was okay it really GM mode in the shoes of the superstar instead. i miss the old season mode before they started using these gimmick modes nobody seems to care about............

Im an honest player, all my CAWS only ever get 93 or lower, because any higher is just no fun in one on one's.
But if its the same as last year then Im going to skip thro and make 99's.

Hopefully, they revert back to 07's attribute system

i know what you mean, i hate it when my CAWs hit 99 it make them seem super human and I'll Jus GS them so no matter if the 07 stats aren't in, that's the only advantage over PS360

Can you explan me, what is Career Mode look like? Wonder those like SD SYM or HCTP have around and meet superstars? Can show me what look like matches if not one match each or 3 matches like HCTP can play on other superstars & caws.

I want to know is count pin and count out still number on/off setup? If it isnot mean I cannot heard referee say count 1, 2 ,3 pin or 1 - 10 count out. :confused:

as for your questons,

1. There are no more numbers, but you can hear the referee saying the numbers.
2. I don't know but most probably not, since it doesn't have cutscenes
