Anyone else found that whenever there's interference whilst the referee is out, he will remain out until such time as the interfering superstar hops up on the apron to distract him?

I had a referee out for fifteen minutes last night. Awesome match as a result, but I couldn't see how it was going to end without anyone being able to be disqualified, counted out, pinned or made to submit.

On an unrelated note, not being able to manually or automatically target interference, managers or nonlegal tag partners is a pain in the ass.

I haven't noticed that one. What happens if the interference leaves without reviving the ref, I wonder?

I'm having a different problem with interference. I can't seem to target and attack the guy on the outside and he won't go away, so I can never get a pin. And despite the fact that I've been dominating the whole match, my opponent will get off like three moves as their partner goes back up the ramp and then he gets a 3-count on me! What's up with that?!

The ref eventually kicks them out if they interfere too much. Not sure how much that is though.

And as I mentioned in the first post, you for some reason can't target people not legally involved in a match this year, which is stupid.

Yeah, there's always gotta be some new form of stupidity each year. If you can't do anything about the interfering person, what's the point?

I've noticed that. The ref kicks them out at about 3 or 4 interruptions. It is pretty dumb that you can't target them, but its sweet when you have backup that comes to the ring and does there special on them which causes them to leave the arena.

For some reason I can manually Target anybody except the referee including interference, managers and nonlegal tag partners. I just went to the option menu and switch it from auto to Manuel and I also turn the target indicator on always. hopefully that helps. you just have to be near them to target them. however it can be annoying once in a while

Unless the ref's knocked out, in which case you have to let your opponent beat you up and pin you.

I've tried manual targeting, it won't let me target interference or tag partners. Maybe it's a console thing?

i can hardly ever get the interference to come out and when they do its really annoying, having to purposely get a 1 count 3-4 times
and i cant hit them either, or tag partners :o   :wallbash:
maybe it'll be fixed next year, but that is a long time to wait :(

Have you tried career mode? I haven't had an interference-free match yet.

Different story everywhere else, though.

I came across a glitch where the opponent I was facing turned into the interference....It was weird.
