elo i wanted to know if someone can plz convert dese RAW NTSC codes to ARMAX PAL...i tried converting them and der was no effect in gameplay mayb u guys can convert cause u lot knw better im jus a beginner...mayb if ive dun a mistake jus try fixin it up 4 me if u can ... seriously u lot nuff respect if u can do dis 4 me.(dont worry im not a online player i have no online network adapter Lol)

OK I Converted Ur Codes But I Noticed U Have An Awful Lot Of Specials In This Move Set May I Ask WHY? <_<

well im tryin to kind of make a super last boss in the game and well i wana make him the toughest having all the smackdowns of most characters and all sorts...and yes it is a little bit of a cheating but i dont play the game online because i dont have any network adapter i jus want to make him stron n show off wid him lool

Frankly I tend to agree with rko here....And it goes agaisnt my ethics to help you with anything that "could" be used to gain an unfair advantage online......Wether you say you wont or not makes no difference....I dont know you, and it goes against my ethics.

However dont let that stop you from trying to figure it out on your own It's probably your best bet.
