well that still leaves a possibility...if we can do 2 man royal rumbles I believe lower time or higher time ironman matches are possible.

Except for the 120 minute Ironman...yes.
You can make these matches a couple of different ways. The easiest would just be looking in the Code Index for "Match Rules." In Match Rules, there are Match Timer codes that let you adjust the amount of time in the matches' match timer. The only thing is, this will affect every matches' match timer.
Or, you can joker the Match Timer codes to make a code that only affects Ironman matches, such as:
CB2 & GS2v3+ (NTSC)
Match Timer always at 1 Minute - Ironman
D03DA4B0 00000138
003DA4B8 00000001
D03DA4B0 00000139
003DA4B8 00000001
D03DA4B0 0000013A
003DA4B8 00000001
D03DA4B0 00000148
003DA4B8 00000001
Match Timer always at 8 Minutes - Ironman
D03DA4B0 00000138
003DA4B8 00000008
D03DA4B0 00000139
003DA4B8 00000008
D03DA4B0 0000013A
003DA4B8 00000008
D03DA4B0 00000148
003DA4B8 00000008
If you want a different time, though, you can always fill in the ?? with a digit of your own --
D03DA4B0 00000138
003DA4B8 000000??
D03DA4B0 00000139
003DA4B8 000000??
D03DA4B0 0000013A
003DA4B8 000000??
D03DA4B0 00000148
003DA4B8 000000??
-- however, 63 is most likely the maximum. 63 would equal 99 minutes.

Hmmm... Curious thought Trigin...
If 63 = 99 minutes... wouldn't 64 be possible? Meaning that the clock will display 99, but turn to 98 after 2 minutes.

Maybe. The last time I tested a value reaching beyond 99 minutes, though, the game froze about a minute into the match (plus the timer itself was distorted-looking). Then again, that was during SvR; SvR06 may act differently -- just needs tested.
