I Have A Router (NetGear) It Gets it internet from my Cable Modem but when the Router is On and I Make a Match on SvR 07 it Auto Disconnects But when i only have the Cable Modem connected to my ps2 it doesnt disconnect an on my router i have 2 computers and ps2 online..can anyone help me or give me advise?

Same thing happened to me when I play EA games online. I just learn to deal with it. Just plug it straight to your modem.

Yo I had the same problem. What u do is first look at the manual that came with the game. Look at the back of it where it says Online Feature Customer Support. It says if ur having trouble playing Online and you are using a router you need to forward UDP ports on your router. The ports that need to be forwarded are 3074 thru 3174. To figure out how to do this, call Netgear, theylle help you out, just tell them you need to forward UDP ports 3074 thru3174. This is the only way to fix the problem, trust me.

tru dat same as linksys i had to do that a few weeks ago gave me a run round first but dont forget you will be best off with manual log in to the server instead of auto dhcp

A far as I'm concerned Netgear is pretty unreliable anyway. D-Link has given me absolutely no problems in SVR07 since day 1, so maybe I'm just lucky, or maybe that's just further proof of why I loathe Netgear.
