first of all welcome to gfx and instead of rating ill just give advice go to http://www.good-tutorials.com read some tuts on blending and text than go to http://www.deviantart.com and download some brushes and http://www.w4l-gfx.com to get pics put all that together and make a sig its not easy but its fun.
