CounterStrike 1.6 Problem

Ok well I got CounterStrike 1.6. I've played it for a few days. Then today I went into the Video Settings for Counterstrike. I accidently picked the Size Resolution to 700 something to 600 something. Sorry dont know the exact size. Now when I did that I hit apply because I thought is was 800x600. The Counterstrike screen turned black. I can still hear the music in the background but the screen is black and I cant see anything. I tryed reinstalling it to reset the settings but they stay the same. Does anyone know how to change the settings or do something so I dont have the black screen again? Thanks in advance.
