You got a warning for Spamming.
And you can't decrease it, a Staff Member will remove it when they feel it is right to remove it.

Don't break rules for a week or two and the person who issued the warn will remove it. Also, you were warned for spamming, you can find out what you were warned for by clicking the 33% by your warn level, and the saved warn logs for yourself will come up.
