As for Benoit being in the HoF, it's not going to happen. It isn't. If he had just committed suicide, there'd be a chance. Curt Hennig died of something involving the use of cocaine, but he's in the HoF.
Oh, and ChrisD, for the love of God... QUIT TYPING LIKE AN IDIOT.

Really? I only saw like his right arm and half of his body on the Eddie Guerrero tribute on the 10th anniversary of Smackdown! when they were mourning the death of Eddie and you can see half of Benoit standing there as they ring the bell 10 times
Oh and Benoit was kind of found innocent when his doctor was proven guilty for giving him and I believe Test the same illegal steroids.

Basically, you'd be a fool to believe that he would have been treated anywhere near the same as he is now. Benoit would have definitely been in the HoF that year. If he took only his own life, people wouldn't have hated him as they do now they would have sympathized with him and questioned his reason for taking his life but it wouldn't have had the negative effects that came to be from what he actually did.
As for his moves being removed from the games, well, that was just a ridiculously childish thing to do that really does nothing but hinder the consumers.

I could have sworn i seen Benoits 2004 Royal Rumble win archived on the WWE site. I may have been wrong but not totally sure as it has been a while since i posted in this topic.
Proof of Benoits Royal Rumble Win in 2004.
All of this flaming and what not is unneeded and this topic has strayed way off topic so i will be closing it now before it gets totally out of hand.
