Is there any code to unlock everything?

Why I asked this?: I asked this because i don't know WTF is going on with my memorycard or the game, i just beat the game and unlock everything and then i turned off the console and later i turned it on and said that something has fail is like the 5th time that happens the same and i don't want to beat the game every time that sh*t happens, so someone help or with code please
