Hi everyone. As you all know, we are now running GOTW again. What we want now, is to know what you guys thought about last weeks competition. What did you like, what did you dislike, what can be improved, etc. We are open to all suggestions, so don't be afraid to come out of the dark. :)

PS: Next GOTW is next Saturday (16/05/2009), so if you want your ideas implemented, now is the time.

Thanks,
CGFX Staff

Instead of just using people, I would use difficult objects people would have a challenging time to bring out their talent. Maybe like Dream said, foods, drinks, and other random objects. Also, another good thing we could do is having Support the Troops themes, or Cancer, Diseases or Good causes, so we can donate those things to them, it sure would be good to let them know somebody cares.

Wow, that's a lot dream, we'll be sure to consider them in up-coming weeks. :)

I like that idea, and I never thought of the 'sig for a cause' style, that sounds good too. :)

This is what I do. And on top of that we should not allow downloaded stocks, gotta use your own. :P

If you follow these steps, you have actually made a piece of original art.

What do you mean, a downloaded stock, you get all stocks/renders of the web unless you make the render, how'd you make a stock?

That's fine as width/height should be interchangeable.

And don't use C4D's then, they aren't necessary. I never use them.

That. The only time I use them is for lighting, and that's a rarity. (And I only use the "bubble" ones) I'll edit this post eventually with my entry.

I guess you can. The instrument stip is to make it just that little bit trickier. :P
