Can also do a contraband search, fire a few cooks before hand so some of the prisoners won't get fed and keep them on lockdown for a few days. Really piss them off before they removing the staff and them them go crazy. Last one standing out of 240 I'll open the gates and let them escape. 240 prisoners, 1 prison, no guards, winner gets freedom.

Just thought...with no guards the prisoners might start smashing the gates and then escape. Might have to leave a few armed guards stationed on the gates to the road and then add some sniper towers that will hopefully shoot anyone on site.
