I heard that the reason that John Cena had to give up his title is because he a musle in his chest and that is the reason that he had to give up his title to Randy Ortan and if u heard anything else than feel free to post it here and please no spamming

He held the title for too damn long, IMO, anyway... So therefore, the positives is that there's a new champ, and the cons is that said champ is even worse professionally than Cena himself.
