On caws.ws they say you can create a caw on TNA. But I never knew you could do that. I never seen it. Is there a new game or something?

Wrong section. You should have asked in the section dedicated to TNA iMPACT.
But, anyway, if you can't make CAWs in your version then you must have the PS2 version. There is no CAW mode in the PS2 version, but you're not missing out on much anyway. The CAW mode is awful and you only get like five slots for CAWs.
