Last week, the rap world was buzzing after footage of rappers 40 Glocc and Compton Menace brawling at a concert in Los Angeles hit the Internet.
But just as quick as the beef came, it appears to be over.
During an exclusive interview with Compton Menace in his hometown of Compton, California, the Black Wall Street rapper told AllHipHop.com that the beef with 40 Glocc is squashed.
The news calms fears that fight would spill over into gang violence, as Game and Black Wall Street represent The Bloods, while 40 Glocc has never hid his ties to the Colton City Crips.
"He had no choice [but to fight], he did what another cat against a wall would do," Compton Menace told AllHipHop.com. "40 Glocc got his ass whooped, he don't run his mouth no more, and watch who talk s**t about and watch who you run up on."
For now the Black Wall Street member is working on an upcoming mix CD that's slated to drop on September 1st.
"Idea ain't gonna say the name because a lot of people anticipating it right now," Compton Menace told AllHipHop.com. "We putting it out September 1st, features from Blize, I got Baby on there, I got Game on there, I got Black Wall Street on there, I got a couple people on there, so it's something I got to look forward to."
