I just gave him the super rko as a normal turnbuckle move.
Then changed his second finisher to the running neckbreaker (Basically an Rko) and it looks cool.

Try using my movesets against eachother, Orton vs Cena for example. I have a feeling the overpowered original movesets might make mine a bit "weak" in comparison. It could be that.

For as many as I can...

Those looking most promising for a release soon, right now are Undertaker, Angle, Booker T, Benoit, Carlito, Lashley, Rey, JBL and Big Show. Still might need a match or two for all of them though.

Has he really even used it more than once? That was against The Undertaker...

He used it on the Undertaker?I've seen the match and I could've sworn he only RKOed him when he was on the apron

No, it was in an older match against the Undertaker... The match he won I think, so it wasn't at WrestleMania... Was it at SummerSlam they met and Randy won?

The only time Randy has done the super RKO anytime recently was against Rey Myterio, while Taker was still "dead", and that was a couple months ago now

Yeah I'm considering changing the second finisher to the Running Neckbreaker instead of the Super RKO. But if Orton should even have the Super RKO at all, it must be as a finisher.

I'll see what I'll do on my next update...
