Dave England did something like this on Jackass, called The Human Tricycle. But this is pretty cool, wouldn't want to try it on the street though, lat.

When it first came on, I thought it was that guy who could fly through the air with a backpack I think made in Germany...but anyways;

Looks really cool, but I'm 90% he stole the idea from a game, of course I forgot the name but I had it was one of my first Gamecube game where they had motorcycles wheels attached to parts of there bodies and his is pretty damn similar to it. Awesome find though.
