Here's the Way it's done,
1.With Oppontent on mat face down,Stand at thier feet,
2,Cross the left ankle over the back of thier right knee,
3.Lift right foot causing right knee to bend over left ankle,
4.Place your left foot between thier legs(placing toes of your left foot in the groin area,)
5,Place thier right foot on your left knee,(much like the regal stretch,but with your foot between thier legs)
6,Kneel with your right knee resting on thier left foot,
7.Place your left knee in the Middle of thier back.
8,Pull thier Right arm back into a half chicken wing with your right arm,(Thier right arm should be crossing the bend of your right arm)
9,Place your right hand on your left Forarm,
10.Pull back on thier Chin with your left hand.
If you Test this move with your friends,if done right you should have these points of pain on your Opponents body.
1.Left ankle,
2.Right knee,
3.Right Ankle.
4.Right Shoulder.
5.Back.
6.Neck.
That's a 6 point pain factor,Now that's a powerfull Submission.
And As a Pin move,I'd use a move called the Lazarous.This is simply either an F5 or FU into a Pedigree.
