Is it cheap when someone do a running grapple finisher off the ground?

Yes its cheap, cause its very hard to reverse

But also, no cause its your finisher and its reversable.

I personally hate when its used there. But at the same time, I know I could've reversed it.

Yes it is cheap when you spear someone off the ground cause you cant tell when they are going to do it.Yes its a glitch not a hack move.

Its cheap but its counterable, if I had it, I would only use it for standing oppenents or when someone just won the ladder match, then glitch them just to mess up there little victory.

Depends on who you're playing, I usually get lamed to death in matches so if I have a ruuning finisher, then i'll use it, but if they are decently fair, then no I won't use it.

yea its cheap because your opponent isn't expecting it so he doesn't really have a chance to reverse it.
