I got an HD PVR, Black Ops, a Penn State sweatshirt, a Boston College sweatshirt, an Argentina soccer jersey, and 270 dollars. Not a bad Christmas if I do say so myself!

Do yourself a favor and get Rock Band 3 it has tons of more songs for dlc. I got $100 not bad I didn't want anything so it's cool.

I've tried RockBand and I don't really like it. :/ I might consider it though. Do you know if Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock is any good? What the best Guitar Hero game?

Personally the series went down after GH2 for me and only other one I really loved was Metallica. Not saying others are bad I enjoyed them but RB beats it in just about every aspect. WoR I never even played the songs that would sell me I already had in RB and I didn't like the direction it took.

I loved GH: Metallica. I still play it. Rock Band is far superior, just because of the vast amount of songs available.

He really likes WoR. I had no interest in it and still don't just the genre getting kinda stale and I just like the way RB has main games where you can go to for basically every song in the series its very nice.

I'll probably get a few DVD's in a few days, maybe a game or two with what else is left as well during the january sales after new year.

Everything except, hence the use of the word other. WoR is a great game. Overall great setlist and it's shockingly well designed and fun to play. The quest mode adds an element to the gameplay that makes it even more than just a fun party game. The sequence with 2112 is awesome. The final boss actually felt intense, both the notechart of the song and the actual strategic elements with your rock star powers the game gives each character.

For the first time since GH2 I felt like they actually had fun making the game, rather than just milking the franchise for everything it was worth which was what games like GH3, WT, and 5 were.

@Blizzard, GH3 was a shit game with a bad design mentality (Challenging, ridiculous notecharts over rock and roll aesthetic and fun to play songs)
