Ok I know topics like this have been posted many many times before. But the one difference is that I have the time and willingness to do it. The question is can someone with the advanced knowledge of hacking games for the master codes and other type codes make a sort of idiots guide to hacking games tut for me? I've done the searches for them but the only ones I seem to be able to find are a little to complicated or just jump around and are to hard to keep up with. Any help from any one would be great.

Trigin since you are a god around here any input from you would be extra great. Nothing better than some info from the main man.

Hi, RevLordStoneRaven.

I'm more lucky than knowledgeable about anything hacking-wise. And what I do know about the subject mostly makes the beginner dread what words they read.

For one, I only use a CodeBreaker 2 version 8.2 & a PS2 to hack codes. Contrary to popular belief -- at least from those always asking me via PMs -- I do not use some special program or some magical memory editor/viewer to find/make codes. Along with some guesswork, a bit of luck + a lit'l dance & some major praying, I enter codes, usually random or, better yet, an address close to another known, working address on the CB2 & check just about everything to see if anything is affected by the code(s) during gameplay.

Too, learning how the addresses' commands work -- which I suggest using a CodeBreaker 2 version 7+ with which to work, since 7+ is able to use every known address command out there -- is helpful when testing for working codes, especially "copy-byte commands," for learning the values of certain parts of the game.

Address Commands:

Really, I'm the worst person to ask how to "hack," because, for one, I scare people when they ask + I answer, &, too: I'm not a hacker. I would advise you, though, if you really want to delve into the subject of hacking, to look for tutorials on programming.

I'm a member of that site too lol. And thanks for taking the time to respond to my post. And I will look into the programming like you suggested. But it would still be nice if some of the other members that have been hacking would help put together a tut for some of us that don't know how. :D
