They arnt sigs their more like posters, Anyway you need a program called Photoshop, But thats a paid program, Alternatively you can use GIMP which is free to download just Google GIMP or Photoshop tom get more info.

Anyway, As for my own progress in this battle, Im out of inspiration at the moment which sucks, Hopefully ill get something made by Sunday.

Edit: Holy smokes batman, Guess what i have made something that i am pretty happy with right now and its a poster size coincidently and also its a band piece , I suppose i had better enter this now. Just have to have final things added than i shall post.
