Like any show you follow and love from the beginning, it's sad to see it end, although as far as emotional finales go, I think Srubs S8 finale takes the cake by a long shot.

I just watched the finale, and I thought it was kinda meh. Not a bad concept for the show to finish like that, but that finale should have made up like half of season 9. They spend basically 90% of the season at Barney and Robin's wedding, then all in 1 episode, Barney and Robin get divorced, Ted and Tracey meet, get married and have kids, Tracey dies, then Ted asks Robin out. The show has been kinda going down hill for a while, but they could have made the last season a lot better using the same plot just by restructuring all the episodes. It was a bit of a WTF moment when they were talking about how Ted and Tracey met, then all of the sudden Tracey is dead and they're talking about Ted and Robin getting together.
Like any show you follow and love from the beginning, it's sad to see it end, although as far as emotional finales go, I think Srubs S8 finale takes the cake by a long shot.
