I'm back with my first GFX since February. I haven't had GIMP since then and I'm a bit rusty, so bear with me. Pretty much posting it for thoughts.

Fun note: When upping the third one, the confirmation code was "that uppercut".

I am liking the first one but it needs more color, the monochromatic scheme usually doesn't look too good for signatures. Also there seems to be a lack of balance as the left side is pretty empty, I would have put the ring on the far left. Other than that it's really not too bad, like I said I like the first one but there's room for improvement.

slap some nive looking text on the left to fill out some space and that might help. The first one does look the best but I'm with Sho', it needs a little more colour variation and something to balance the left with the right hand side.

I had text on there, but it didn't fit very well.

Thanks for the feedback.

You've gotta do something about all that empty space on the left. Makes the piece look unfinished and awkward. Establish your focal point better as well and change up the coloring because, at the moment, it feels rather bland and uninspiring.

Yeah i would say V1 is the best, this is a nice piece for a beginner but you should look up on different ways to smudge or blend, i think i have a tutorial lying around somewhere with a few beginner/blending/smudging tips, also i would try and work with different things, like putting a second stock of anything into the empty space and blending it, also try to create some depth using lighting/sharpening/blurring, but for a start this i a nice piece :)

Heres the tut Btw.
