Okay, let me explain to you guys why LOL > LAT.

1) lol was around first.
2) lol starts and ends with "l", making it symmetric
3) lol sounds cool when you pronounce how it's spelled: loll. lat just sounds like a muscle.

Conclusion: If you like lat better than lol, you are a new age, unsymmetrical man who likes men with sexy lats.
