From the NY Daily News:

- The WWE was rocked again today, after several of wrestling's top names emerged in the Albany district attorney's probe into a widespread Internet doping scandal.

The wrestling congomerate based in Stamford announced that it will suspend 10 of its biggest stars for violation of its wellness policy.

Top wrestlers Randy Orton, Charles Haas, Jr., Adam "Edge" Copeland, Robert "Booker T" Huffman, Shane Helms, Mike Bucci, Anthony Carelli, John "Johnny Nitro" Hennigan, Darren "William Regal" Matthews, Ken "Mr. Kennedy" Anderson and Chavo Guerrero were all identified as clients of Signature Pharmacy in Orlando, the site raided by Albany County and Florida law enforcement agencies in February for distributing steroids and other prescription drugs to clients who had not been examined by doctors. The investigation is part of a probe into illegal Internet drug distribution by Albany D.A. David Soares.

Is this a reliable source? I don't see how they were leaked...

So if this is true, are these superstars suspended?

How much can Randy Orton get into so much trouble.. I'm also surprised that William Regal took steroids and he was just a General Manager for a short time.. I ask the same question like Sergio did.

I don't think those are the people that are suspended. People are just making guesses now. I doubt Regal would still be using drugs after all of the problems he's had. I think Chavo knows better after all of Eddie's problems. Kennedy has said that he has used steroids in the past, but isn't using them now. Edge and Helms are injured so what's the point in suspending them? It doesn't say that those guys are the guys that are suspended. They just said that they were clients of a place that gave steroids to people. If they got the company for steroids back in February then how are their clients getting suspended for getting steroids from them now?

"WWE® Statement On Performer Suspensions
Thursday August 30, 3:26 pm ET

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Based on independent information received from investigators from the Albany County, NY D.A.'s office, WWE has today, under the penalty provisions of its wellness policy, issued suspension notices to 10 of its performers for violations. It has been WWE's practice not to release the names of those who have been suspended, but notice has been sent to all WWE performers that names of anyone who is suspended under the Wellness Policy as of November 1 will be made public.

Additional information on World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. can be found at wwe.com and corporate.wwe.com. For our global activities, go to www.wwe.com/worldwide/."

From PWMania.com

The New York Daily News has posted up an article in which they identify several WWE wrestlers as clients of Signature Pharmacy in Orlando. WWE suspended 10 unnamed wrestlers today based upon information received in the Signature bust. The original WWE Wellness policy prohibited internet prescriptions. The names listed in the article include:

- Randy Orton
- Charles Haas, Jr.
- Adam "Edge" Copeland
- Robert "Booker T" Huffman
- Shane Helms
- Anthony "Santino Marelli" Carelli
- John "Johnny Nitro" Hennigan
- Darren "William Regal" Matthews
- Ken "Mr. Kennedy" Anderson
- Chavo Guerrero
- Mike "Simon Dean" Bucci

Only ten of the eleven wrestlers named in the article are currently on-screen performers for WWE. Simon Dean hasn't wrestled in over a year -- he's currently an office worker for WWE. Furthermore, it's important to note that the list of names in the article is not the official list of the ten unnamed wrestlers that were suspended today, not to mention that it is not an indication of any illegal actions on their part. This list is simply of wrestlers that were clients of the Signature Pharmacy.

A lot of storylines are messed up.

Orton/Cena
Morrison/Punk
Vince's Son.

Also Anthony Carelli is Santino if anyone was wondering & Mike Bucci is Simon Dean/Nova.

I'm trying to not "jump to conclusions", but this is probably the tip of the iceberg. If indeed the reported names are those suspended.

Hmmm to sure on this:

- Randy Orton - He's in a storyline with Cena, this would mess up big style and who would Cena feud with Triple H ?
- Charles Haas, Jr. - Nobody cares
- Adam "Edge" Copeland - He's injured why suspended. If thats true this shows signs of WWE being dumb.
- Robert "Booker T" Huffman -
- Shane Helms - Injured
- Anthony "Santino Marelli" Carelli - WWE losing Entertiment sure a lot of being hate but he's Entertaining
- John "Johnny Nitro" Hennigan - He's ECW so nobody cares, But Losing a ECW superstar will be a blow for WWE
- Darren "William Regal" Matthews - He's the ****ing GM why would he need them
- Ken "Mr. Kennedy" Anderson - Losing a superstar from a big storyline
- Chavo Guerrero - He would no better after Eddie
- Mike "Simon Dean" Bucci - Nobody cares

So i'm 50/50 on this i can't see WWE suspending superstars who are playing big spots. If its true WWE will forever be know as "The dumbest federation ever".

This is the best time to but the brands togather. Trip V Rey love to see it. But i'm hoping its not true.
