Variety reported today that with no other buyers on the horizon, Warner Bros. officially acquired Midway Games for $33 million.

The TNA videogame license was not part of the assets sold to the company, so the future of that game series (a second game has been in development) is at best, murky.

Hmmmmm. Wonder if they picked up the MK/Unreal licenses? I can't seen Warner Brothers doing much there.

I heard MK Series License is up in the air due to the creators of the MK Movies claiming to have rights to the License.
