It says: "New signature defensive styles and more signature shots, dunks, and free throws give you EVEN MORE distinctive player styles."

Ah, ok I see it now... Have you played the Live demo yet? Graphics are awesome, Kobe looks JUST LIKE him in real life, it's kinda scary. Gameplay feels much more smooth, has new and better animations for shooting and dunks. I might be sold on this one.

Haven't had a chance to download it yet. I definitely will when I get a chance. I wish 2K would be better with getting their demos out earlier, and not a week AFTER the game is released ala MLB 2K8

Pacers need to bring back the pinstripes too, those jerseys owned. Actually, just about any jersey with pinstripes looked good. I liked the old Raptors jerseys too, the red ones aren't as good IMO.

Just for the hell of it, bring back the Hawks jerseys with the gigantic Hawk on them. Those ruled too.

They had those in 2K8. I wasn't a really big fan of them. TBH, I don't really like any of the St. Patrick's day jerseys except the Celtics. Go figure. >_>

It would be a sin for the Lakers to add anything green to their attire.

lol, but you can't be blamed. EA is very good at making their games look good, but when you actually play it for the first time, you're pretty much like "WTF is this? It looked so much better on TV.*

IMO NBA Live 09 looked a lil shit to me untill I tried the demo. I'm getting both either way, nice to see association mode upgrades. Hopefully no ******* trades and people with ******* contracts ex. Delonte West 10 mill per year +10% interest. Cause I sometimes wanna free my cap for next free agency and i look for which team has cap and has someone with 1 year left or 2 for the year after Free agency and when I see people like Delonte West or Al Harrington making 10+ mill per year it makes me sick at how many people are over cap space because of that. And the stupid trades. I mean everytime I start a new Association rondo and Cassell seem to always be traded and pruit left to start. I mean c'mon. Seriously. And never a big blockbuster trade goes down. Unless I make it.

In 2K8 there would be some very stupid trades sometimes. Gilbert got traded for Paul once, and T-Mac got traded for Pierce. But free agency would be very stupid, as some of the people in free agency would not leave the team. There should be a loyalty meter or something to help prevent that.

Wonder how the computer got that to go down as they both are under no trade clauses and when you try and trade a guy with one no matter what happens or where they're going they always refuse to waive it off to be traded.

It wasn't in the first year. It was like in the third or fourth season.

CAP mode looks awesome, i'll be having some fun with that, the faces aren't all red now and the body shapes look a whole lot more natural. this is turning to be the best nba game ever if it lives up to the hype.

Wow nice, hopefully this year in association no repeated looks, lots of black people with white people type hair, rudolph the redface blacky, many people sporting an afro, etc etc... I hated drafting rookies on my team I would always trade my draft picks cause of the CAP and the unrealism of their stats. One year they're scoring 6 points 2 assists in 20 mins, the next year a team gets them gives them 30-35 mins and they score 20 +8 assists and in mvp voting >_>.
