Use Design 153/162 for the tattoos on Mugens legs. You will obviously need TWO. One for each arm. Take note that they will not be able to go around the whole leg so place most on the front. 50 50 50 100

Use Design 145/162 for the tattoo on his arm. You will need TWO! One for each arm. Adjust size and rotation and stuff. Place above the arm accessories. Take note that they wont be able to go around the whole forearm.

Torso> Tattoo/logo>Letter>10/18
Use the letter \"X\" to make the \"X\" shape on his shirt. Rotate once. You will need NINE. Tip: Copy the first X on the layers list and from move it down then repeat. This will save you nuts loads of time.
