"Boot Language Modifier"

Format: RAW PAL

Description: Allows you change the language of the game without changing your PS2's "System Configuration".

Credit: NWOHH

Address: 20242F7C XXXXXXXX

Values:

24020000 = Japanese [May work, I don't an NTSC PS2 to test it with though.]

24020001 = English
24020002 = French
24020003 = Spanish
24020004 = German
24020005 = Italian

24020006 = Dutch [Not supported]
24020007 = Portuguese [Not supported]

I'm guessing the Dutch and Portuguese have a release of there own like
the Australians unless there stuck with the Multi-5 version.

I found a Skip FMV code but it's buggy in the fact that you have to press start when it hangs on a Black screen.
20341EA0 24020001
You'll notice it taking an effect when your at the title screen the movie stops playing but it starts again when you got to another menu :ermm: it glitches up a few of the superstar show icons as well.
I made it following this guide so I may have it wrong as it originally intended for Dragonball Z: Budokai 2 but I thought the same method would work with any game that contains .SFD movie files.
