WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 Patches
What is a patch?
A Patch is a save file, but it is more specifically a WWE SvR 2007 save file for Playstation 2.
What does a patch come with?
Code X's Update Patches come with a variety of fixes and updates for the SvR 2007 video game for PS2.
What kind of fixes or updates come in a SvR07 Update Patch?
An update patch for SvR07 comes with a variety of updates. The game is based on the WWE and WWE is well known for always changing. Superstars get traded, released, or given a new gimmick, sometimes they change their character's name like when Rocky Maivia change to just The Rock, and sometimes a new champion is crowned at a pay per view event or even on RAW or SmackDown. Our patches include many of those things. We try to keep the game as up-to-date with the WWE as possible.
Can you tell me an overview of things that can be updated in a patch?
Of course. A Patch from us can include the following:
- Game 100% Complete (Everything unlocked)
- Hidden Characters Unlocked such as Vince McMahon & More
- Updated Stables
- Updated Champions
- Divas Playable In All Match Types
- Roster Show Fixes such as moving Nitro & Melina from SmackDown to RAW
- Fixed Weight Classes For a More Realistic Match Tactics
- Updated/ Fixed Move-Sets
- CAWs of Superstars in WWE Who Are Not In The Game
- Updated Name Changes Such As Booker T to King Booker
- Updated Attributes
- Updated Match Tactics Such As Making Triple H "Clean" By Default
- All This & More!
How can I use one of these patches?
In order to use our patches, you will have to download them from us for free. You will however need a device for using PS2 Game Saves. These devices are generally called USB Sticks, USB Drives, Flash Drives, or Thumb Drives. The most commonly used save device is a Max Drive which is a USB Stick used alongside an AR MAX. The AR MAX is the medium that moves the save file from your Max Drive to your memory card. We recommend that you purchase an AR MAX EVO Edition which comes with an AR MAX cheat device and a Max Drive. With that you will be ready to download saves and our patches! Also, if you own a CodeBreaker, then you can use just about any flash drive to obtain game saves or patches.
For you elite Game Save users, we offer our game saves in the following formats:
- Max Drive (NTSC & PAL)
- Shark Port (NTSC & PAL)
- Xport (NTSC & PAL)
- CodeBreaker (NTSC)
I live in the USA/ Europe, does it matter which patch I use?
Yes and no. It does not matter what region you live in as we provide a patch save file for everyone. However, if you live in North America, then you will have to use patches in NTSC region format. Those of you who live in Europe must use patches in PAL region format. If you use the wrong region format, then it simply will not work.
Why doesn't my USB Drive let me store anything in it?
Check on the side of your USB Drive and make sure that it is set to "unlocked." If it is "locked" then it will not allow you to add, remove, or edit any of the contents within the USB Drive. If the USB Drive is unlocked and still gives you problems, consider purchasing a new one.
My Game Save Device is not allowing me to move the save file to the memory card, why is this?
Before moving a game save file to your memory card, please make sure that your memory card does not already contain a save file of the same game because if it does, the transfer will not be successful. You can not copy a SvR07 file to the memory card if the memory card already has a SvR07 save file in it because it will not overwrite it. You will have to remove the file from your memory card first.
My memory card does not have the same file I am trying to transfer but it still does not allow me to transfer the game save file from my USB Drive to my memory card, what seems to be the problem?
Sometimes creating a game save file can become troublesome during the transfer process. There can be times when the file might transfer in a faulty way that causes the user who is using the file to get an error message. It's not a huge problem and nothing serious either. This has happened to me when trying to use one of my own previous game save files. Sometimes it helps to keep trying or to exit the current screen you are in and re-enter again. If the problem persits, please contant the person who created the file and kindly ask them to create the save again.
