This is the first patch for SvR 2008. We hope you enjoy it and look forward to our future patch updates.

The Extra Characters in the save with no pictures are the 2nd set of Divas. These divas are recognized as "male" and therefore playable in ANY match and can not compete for the Women's Championship. The original Divas are still recognized as "female" and can not compete in all match types, but they can compete for the Women's Championship.

Lilian Garcia, Tony Chimmel, & Justin Roberts appear invisible during wrestler entrances as shown in Sandman's new entrance video above. To fix this, remove the 3 characters from the selection screen using Add/Remove Character codes or download Patch v1.1.

The Referees & Commentators appear invisible during wrestler entrances. To fix this, remove the characters from the selection screen using Add/Remove Character codes or download Patch v1.1.

This patch is available in Patch v1 and Patch v1.1. Patch v1.1 is the same patch as v1, however, it has The Ring Announcers, Commentators, & Referees removed from the selection screen to avoid them from being invisible during entrances. Everything else is identical.

The "No Show" Show Modifier codes were not used this year because they have negative effects. Adding the "No Show" codes to characters such as released talent will cause the game to freeze when scrolling through the roster.
